Owner & President
Mary Anne began her law firm career in 1990 and obtained her Paralegal degree in 1992. In 1997, she began as a law firm administrator where she reconciled escrow accounts. During that time, she identified a need to provide the real estate industry with a more robust solution for escrow reconciliation.
In 2020, Positively Closed was created with the intent of helping companies with back office support. In light of what the world faced, Mary Anne saw a need in the industry and set out on a mission to close the gap within the Real Estate Industry.
As Vice President of Operations at Positively Closed, Connie Bartlett is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. She brings more than 20 years of experience to Positively Closed. Her experience offers a unique blend of leadership, vision, and knowledge.
Throughout her career, Connie has held executive leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies going through organic growth and expansion. Connie has maintained high levels of quality and service in every department or team she has managed.
